1. Purpose of Services
Prospering Wellness provides Christ-centered executive and personal coaching, educational resources, and spiritual development tools for women seeking alignment, rest, and purpose. Our content is for educational and spiritual growth purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on forward movement, mindset, and faith-based personal development.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our Services. By using this site, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a partnership between coach and client designed to inspire, clarify, and support personal growth. The coach’s role is to facilitate insight and accountability; the client retains full responsibility for their choices, actions, and results.
Prospering Wellness does not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or personal transformations. The client agrees to participate actively and take ownership of their growth journey.
4. Faith-Based Disclaimer
All coaching and content reflect a Christ-centered perspective. Biblical principles, scriptures, and prayer may be integrated into sessions as spiritual encouragement. Clients are not required to share identical beliefs but should understand the foundation of our work is rooted in the Christian faith and the principle of grace over grind (3 John 1:2).
5. Payment and Refunds
All fees for coaching sessions, programs, and digital products must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Because our services are personalized and digital in nature, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly noted in the offer terms.
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation or session completion.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited without refund.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of the coaching relationship at the coach’s discretion.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared in coaching sessions will remain strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, or court order).
Group coaching participants are also expected to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of other members.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including but not limited to written materials, graphics, logos, videos, courses, and coaching frameworks—is the intellectual property of Self Care Consulting LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any materials without express written permission.
9. Personal Responsibility
By using this site or participating in coaching, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including your choices and decisions.
Prospering Wellness and Naomi P. Washington are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation, actions, or reliance on any information provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Care Consulting LLC, its owner, affiliates, and contractors disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from your use of the Services.
You agree to hold harmless Naomi P. Washington, Prospering Wellness, and associated entities from any claims, including those related to coaching outcomes, decisions, or personal interpretation of content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Richland County, South Carolina.
12. Updates and Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
