My last social media post was October 14, 2024.
I never meant to walk away from my business.
I’ve taken breaks before because life happened, but this time was different. I didn’t feel an urge to jump back on the wheel of posting or to chase an algorithm that no longer aligned with my assignment. I was tired of trying to engage a community that didn’t feel authentic anymore. I was creating content that was engaging but no longer carried purpose.
What started as “just a little break” slowly became a season of stillness I couldn’t rush through. The truth? It was never about social media.
Focused Scripture: Psalm 46:10
God was rearranging me.
As my faith deepened, my familiar rhythm began to feel unfamiliar. The structure I had built — the brand, the content, even the way I served — no longer fit the woman God was shaping. I realized that while I had been building something for Him, I wasn’t always moving with Him. God knew long before I did that my last post would be her last post.
The version of me who invited faith in when others were comfortable with it, who held back parts of her calling because she wasn’t sure the world would understand. That version had to end. This pause wasn’t punishment.
It was preparation.
It was God calling me into stillness so He could realign the foundation, not just of my business, but of my being. And here we are, a year later. The sacred shifts I once resisted have turned my life right side up.
This reintroduction isn’t about reclaiming visibility.
It’s about restoring vision.
It’s about walking in alignment with who God says I am and serving from a deeper well of faith, obedience, and peace.
If you’re in a season where God has called you to pause, not because you failed but because He’s forming something new, I pray you find yourself in these words.
The pause isn’t the end of your purpose. It’s the beginning of your alignment.
I’m still here .

And this time, I’m being guided by grace, ready to help women like you prosper well, from grind to grace.
All these things keep you out of the will of God for YOUR LIFE which requires correction. Have you considered the ripple effect of lost time, resources and energy from your own life to not set boundaries with people?
November Focus: Sacred Stillness
Focus Verse: “In quietness and trust is your strength.” — Isaiah 30:15
Woman of the Bible: Mary of Bethany (Luke 10:38–42)
Mary reminds us that stillness is not idleness. It is choosing presence over performance and peace over pressure. So today, take a moment to evaluate your season of pause with these three questions:
- Where is God inviting me to pause instead of push?
- What area of my life needs stillness for alignment to begin?
- How can I make room this week to simply sit with Him and listen?
The coaching questions provided in this blog are for educational and informational purposes only and solely as a self-help tool for your own use, not to take the place of working with a mental health professional or establishes a coach-client relationship.
I’m always rooting for you!
